The soul of a Unique Perlage

Our San Giovese sparkling wine is produced using the Charmat Lungo Method, through a secondary fermentation process that gives the wine its persistent bubbles and fine perlage. The San Giovese grape variety gives our wine an intense ruby color and a fruity aroma, with notes of cherry, strawberry, and a slight spiciness. On the palate, our sparkling wine is elegant and balanced, with a slightly tannic taste, pleasantly dry, and a long and persistent aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with fish dishes and white meats. A sparkling wine that will win over the most demanding palates with its freshness and refined taste.
